Pranayama - My favorite yoga exercise

My favorite yoga exercise is pranayama. It gives a lot of good to your health. It removes all the toxic content from the blood.

It is basically a breathing exercise. You have to close your left nostril with your ring finger and inhale fresh air with the right nostril. Then you have exhale the air through the left nostril. Now you have to close the right nostril and inhale air with the left nostril and exhale through the right.

This is repeated for about five to ten times everyday. It really keep you fit and free from diseases.
