Personal Choice of the Worst Ab Exercise

Honestly, the worst ab exercise, in my opinion, would have to be the Traditional Full Sit-ups.


Descriptively, it is a simple exercise, where you just use the hip action to pull yourself up and down.

Yet, the reason I chose Tradition Full Sit-ups as the worst ab exercise is the lack of results. The exercise didn't really provide the desired results I wanted...which was (and is) to lose the belly fat and gain somewhat of a 6-pack abs and chiseled body. Also, this exercise tends to just bore me the death.
