Pelvic Tilts, Hamstring Stretches and V-Sits

Pregnancy is extremely hard on your back, especially when you've got degenerative disc disease. I'm only 4 months along, but have already been experiencing some back pain.

The exercises that help me the most are pelvic tilts and hamstring stretches, V-sit stretches combined with a daily walk, swim or gentle bicycle ride.
