Jump Roping Tightens Abdominals

One of the best home exercises for the abdominals (and whole body) is jump-roping. It's fun, cheap, takes very little space, and can easily be packed in your suitcase when traveling!

Jump roping tightens the abdominals, aiding in losing weight in the midsection while toning them at the same time. Jump roping is a staple in a boxer's workout and it should be in yours, too, if you're looking for a unique and effective abdominal exercise.
