Importance of Yoga Exercise Basics

Sometimes we forget the importance of the basics. Maybe I have just never progressed that far with my yoga exercise, but for me, being still in the presence of other like minded, relaxed, soft spoken people, stretching and breathing, and just relaxing is the absolute best "exercise" and what I need most from yoga to keep my body and mind balanced.

I think if others knew this could be the goal and not always the advancement to other exercises of greater complexity, I think we could help so many more people.
