HELP! I cannot feel my lower abdominals, nor the skin around them.

I had a c-section well over 15 years ago, and still to this day am unable to tighten my mid-to-lower abdominals, and even with exercise and diet, no such luck. I'm actually considering abdominal plasty, but that is my last resort. What can I do to tighten them, or should I seek a medical professional to tighten the abdominal walls for me?



Thanks for your question! Know that you are not alone in your struggle to regain your abs after a c section.

A great way to strengthen your abs is on a ball. It's actually my favorite way! If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend checking out my free fitness ball routine.
