Good Posture and Range of Motion for Abs Exercise

by Jenn
(Mexico City)

Get better results with your abs exercise if you use the full range of motion. Do this by getting your back flat on the floor for crunches, and raise up until the shoulder blades are fully off of the ground, by SQUEEZING the abs. Hold at the top for a few seconds and release.

Also make sure to target all areas- twist to the side, and aim for the outside of the knee with the opposite elbow, to ensure proper range of motion. Keep those abs squeezed in tight the entire time, that will keep the developing six pack flat, and spend about 20 minutes 2-3 times per week for results! Good luck!
