Fruit Green Tea Smoothie Recipe

Use two cups of green tea (made with four tea bags so it's strong).

Add one small to medium banana, four ounces yogurt, one cup strawberries, two ounces orange juice, a spoonful of honey, and a handful of frozen blueberries or raspberries.

Mix in blender and serve chilled.

I like this recipe because there are lots of fruits in it and it tastes really good. I can get most of my fruit intake for the day in one glass.

The best tip to making smoothies is to make sure you use ingredients that go well together and keep your smoothie cold.
