Brilliant, but Poorly Made - My Magic Bullet Review

by Michelle
(PA)

I received my first Magic Bullet as a Christmas present in 2004. I loved it, using it nearly every day to make smoothies. I love the convenience of mixing it right in the cup and the lids for storing it. I wasn't so happy about all of the clutter- I ended up throwing away have of the containers. I moved later that year and put the bullet in storage.

I received a second one as a gift the following year and had nothing but problems with it. It seemed to be made of a cheaper material and the motor has trouble going or starts to smell like it is burning every time I used it.

The design of the Magic Bullet is genius. I love it and used it much more often than I've ever used a blender, just for the convenience of the cleanup and counter space, but I was really disappointed with the overall quality.
