A good stretching exercise

I like to do almost everyday is called high toe walk where I'm from.

This is kind of a glut/ham stretch for before activities and is a pretty easy stretch to do.

What you do is mark out 10 yards, and you will be doing this for 10 yards, down and back. Then, during this stretch you kick your right leg up as high as you can and try to hit your right hand to your toe. Then kick your left leg up and try to hit you left hand. This stretch is great for your hamstrings, you can definitely feel it and it is a very easy and quick exercise. It's a great way to get prepared for a workout or a running session.
