Watermelon Summer Healthy Smoothie Recipe
2 juiced or peeled lemons
1/4 of a medium watermelon
½ tsp. vanilla
4 cubes of ice
Sprig of mint
Crush the ice with lemon juice (or water if using peeled lemons). Add the watermelon chunks and finally the teaspoon of vanilla and the mint sprig and blend.
I like this recipe because it always reminds me of summer. Always use organic ingredients for a fresher taste.
