Veggie Fruit Smoothie

I use

1 cup of fresh spinach
2 medium apples
3/4 cup carrots
4 stalks of celery
1 medium mango
1 medium banana
2 small containers of nonfat strawberry yogurt
8 ounces of orange juice

Blend it. Done.

I drink one glass as soon as I make it. I chill the remaining smoothie. It is very filling and it's so refreshing chilled.

I also haven't any sugar cravings. I mean none since I started drinking this smoothie.

Prep time is less than 5 minutes.
