Use Your Leftover Coffee for this Coffee Smoothie Recipe!
I hate wasting anything, and I find, and I find this is a great way to use leftover coffee.
1/2 cup of coffee, cooled to at least room temperature
1 cup fat free frozen vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon of Splenda or sugar substitute
2 tbs of fat free Cool-Whip or other whipped topping
Combine coffee, frozen yogurt and Splenda in a blender and puree until smooth--about 15 seconds. Pour into a glass and top with whipped topping.
