I dont like these ab exercises.

getting down onto the floor, getting flat with legs out and arms out, then getting up to a standing position. it has to be the worst. just getting down is a life challenging event. and getting up, well i do it slow so i dont faint. it isnt easy.
one other really bad ab exercise is putting on my socks. my feet are miles away. i am only sixty five, and i remember an eighty five year old that went through the same ab exercises as me to get his socks on.
i need a different exercise that works, so i can put my socks on and get under the car again.
