With my warmest regards, Jason ---------------- ---------------- Jason, First of all, I commend you for your interest in fitness for yourself and for teaching others! Way to go! I would suggest exercising the abs like you would any other muscle in your body. I usually recommend 3-4 times per week. So, in your case, I would recommend 15 reps for 3 sets for no more than 4 days per week. Good luck to you and keep up the good work!! Shelley |
