Stacey --------------------- --------------------- Stacey, Thanks for your question! Know that you are not alone in your struggle to regain your abs after a c section. It sounds like you are on the right track with your walking and calories. Now, you just need to add some weight training or strengthening. As you mentioned, a great way to strengthen your abs is on a ball. It's actually my favorite way! If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend checking out my free fitness ball routine.
