Abdomen Exercise

A simple and effective way to increase your abdominal muscles is to do this exercise.

All you have to do is to hold a bar without your feet touching the ground. From that position lift both of your legs simultaneously until it reaches your chest.

By doing this way your abdomen gets in better shape...possibly sooner than you expected. I realize this exercise is a bit difficult for beginners, but by practice you can improve.
