Yummy Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

This fast, delicious recipe is guaranteed to fill you up and have you feeling great, any time!
All you need is:
Two 4 oz. containers of yogurt, any flavor you want. (I recommend banana and strawberry!)
1/2 cup of milk.
4 ice cubes
1-2 tablespoons of sugar, or sweetener.
Throw it all into a blender and blend for 1 - 2 minutes!
