Worst Ab Exercise - Bad Diet

You can do all the bicycle crunches and captains chair workouts, but if you don't eat right, it is all for nothing. It is amazing what just an inch of fat can hide!!!

In just 3 weeks, I have been able to actually see my abs for the first time by doing extensive cardio and basic crunches. I also completely changed my diet (little to no sugar - gone for good are the sodas) adding a good balance of fruits, vegetables and protein.

The best part is that by changing my diet, I actually save money at the grocery store, since I no longer buy any of the useless junk food.

So the worst ab exercise...it just might be the food you're eating (or not eating).
