That is when I came across information about green tea and the many health benefits it can provide. In addition to its weight loss properties, there are now many studies showing that green tea can also stimulate the immune system. Knowing this powerful information about green tea convinced me to give it a try. Also knowing this effect of green tea on the immune system helped me truly commit and stick to this. I chose to drink green tea rather than pill supplements since drinking green tea is the best route for you body to absorb its health improving components. I also included a moderate exercise routine that included 30 minute workouts three times a week. I increased my workouts slowly over time so as not to overwhelm myself at the beginning. In the past, when I started whole hog on a weight loss program I would burn out too quickly preventing me from reaching my goal. I lost 35 pounds over the course of a year and have kept the weight off for over a year. Green tea is a great addition to your weight loss efforts. |
