Why I chose green tea for weight loss
My green tea weight loss experience began two years ago. I carefully researched various weight loss regimens and diets. I despise dieting but reaching middle age convinced me that I had to do something now if I really wanted to live the long full active life that I hope for. I chose to drink green tea
rather than pill supplements since drinking green tea is the best route for you body to absorb its health improving components.
I also included a moderate exercise routine that included 30 minute workouts three times a week. I increased my workouts slowly over time so as not to overwhelm myself at the beginning.
In the past, when I started whole hog on a weight loss program I would burn out too quickly preventing me from reaching my goal. I lost 35 pounds over the course of a year and have kept the weight off for over a year. Green tea
