The Yoga Boat or Half Boat Pose

The Boat Be seated on the floor or a yoga mat, hold your legs straight and together while keeping your shoulders, back and elbows straight. Bring the legs up together into a 45 degree angle with your torso, and bring your unbent arms forward straight ahead of your shoulders, hold this position for like five minutes or maybe ten while balancing on the sitting bones.
