The 'Traditional' way for Abs Exercise

by Nejc
(Ljubljana)

When I started doing exercises, I didn't know about any other that just normal sit ups. So, I started doing them. I began with 50, and than I did gradually more and more.

The important thing here is not to give up. Progress is visible! However noticable progress can't be noticed in just one week (your ab muscles do hurt a bit), but you can see that the muscles are getting tighter.

The tips mentioned above are correct, and should be followed. Esspecially the one about the neck pain. It is easier doing abs by just lifting the neck, but what's the point?

Also, if you exercise regularly - about half an hour 3 times a week, the results will definitely come. Just don't give up!
