Another Way to Exercise Your Abs!

The bean exerciser is a piece of equipment that has gained popularity over the last few years. It is similar to an exercise ball, except it is literally shaped like a bean. They claim that this allows a person to do abs exercise without neck and back pain.

However, if you have history of neck and back pain, the bean may be exactly what you need to continue doing exercises without aggravating your symptoms.
