Small Ball Crunches Tear Up Low Back Tendons

by Ketch Rudder
(So Cal)

Small Ball Crunches stretch to the extreme the connective tendons of the low back pelvic area.

Easily, you can rip enough of this tendon tissue to cause an aching back for days.

Here's How To Do Them (But Don't!)
----------------------------------

Place a soft rubber ball on the floor. Sit in front of the ball with your back up against it, knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.

Roll backward over the ball, wrapping your back around the ball as you lay back stretched fully.

Crunch up slowly and squeeze your abs hard at the top.
