Looking for protein smoothie recipes that are both easy and quick to make? There are so many different ways to make these smoothies taste great! Apple Pie Smoothie
One scoop vanilla protein powder 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 7 ounces non fat milk 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Dash of nutmeg 3 ice cubes
Blend until smooth.
Cinnamon Roll Protein Smoothie
One scoop vanilla protein powder 1 Tablespoon sugar-free instant vanilla pudding 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract A few dashed of butter flavor sprinkles or butter flavor extract 7 ounces water 3 ice cubes
Blend until smooth.
Pina Colada Smoothie
One scoop vanilla protein powder 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup pineapple juice 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract 1 banana 4-6 ice cubes
