I have had the Ab Roller as part of my conditioning routine. To not only strengthen my abdominal area, but also my arms, back and shoulders. I have introduced the Ab Roller to my trainer. My demonstration led him to try it , He was impressed that such a simple device could challenge even some one who though he was in top condition such as himself. He is 26 years old , I am fifty years old. |
