My question is...

Every time I sit down, my belly forms two large rolls. It's worse when I wear anything with a waistband. What exercises can I do to flatten these rolls out? (The rest of my body is fine). Thank you!

Thanks for your question. It is a common one many women face. Many people want the "quick fix" and "miracle exercise" to flatten their abs. There are exercises that can help, but it is also important to realize that spot reduction in and of itself doesn't work. I wish it did because it would make things so much easier :)

In order to get the best results, you also need to incorporate aerobic exercise and strength training to burn calories and increase your metabolism.

I have a colleague who has specialized in helping women get their pre-pregnancy figure back. Her name is Holly Rigsby and she has written a book called Fit Yummy Mummy.
