My Ab Roller Story

I started using the ab roller 6 months after the birth of my son. During my pregnancy I gained an incredible amount of weight, over 110lbs.


I am 35 years old and six foot tall. I have always been an active person and involved in sporting activities. At the time I started using this product I was 334lbs and really out of shape.

I was unable to do conventional sit-ups or even crunches because I had let myself decline so much. In the beginning, I used it for 5 or 10 minutes at a time with just some of the basic moves that are in the guide which comes with the equipment.

Gradually I started increasing my time on the on the ab roller and adding different moves to keep the workout increasing. I also incorporated a walking schedule into my routine and the results are amazing.

My son is now 2 years old and I have lost over 18 inches in my hips and 23 inches in my mid section and waist. I am in better shape now than I was before my son and I feel great. I use this equipment on a daily basis during my time to myself and love it. I have yet to find a piece of equipment to replace it and I don’t think I ever will.
