Mango Delite Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

1/2 cup mangoes
3/4 cup of yogurt
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

PREPARATION:
Peel the fruit and cut them up into small pieces.

As an option for more flavor you can dice up some of the mango and add it to the smoothie after blending.
