Read This Before You Buy Magic Bullet Blenders

I had my husband write this Magic Bullet Blender review since he is the one who uses it the most. We love ours but there are definitely some pros and cons. Here they are...

My wife & I have owned our Magic Bullet Blender now for over two years and it's been quite a workhorse. We use it to make smoothies, grind coffee beans, bread crumbs and various soups. There have been very few days we have not used our Bullet.

We've heard some stories of folks who buy Magic Bullet Blenders having problems with the motor in their machine, but we have yet to experience this problem. The one problem we have experienced is the rubber gasket wearing out on the inside of the blade lid that screws on. This problem is fairly common but easily solved by going to your local auto parts carrier (Napa, Autozone, Advance Auto Parts) and purchasing a round rubber gasket that fits on the inside of the blade lid. I would suggest bringing the lid into the store to make sure you size it correctly. The $3 or $4 is a small price to pay to insure many more hours of solid use. This little piece of kitchen "Magic" is hard to beat for the price!
