Magic Bullet Blender - Less Than We Hoped For

The Magic Bullet Blender arrived to our home mysteriously, and only after reviewing our credit card statement did we find the 2:30 a.m. purchase. It seems my boyfriend, after night of drinking with the boys, was moved to purchase the Magic Bullet "I think because of the Alfredo sauce looked good … maybe? I can't remember." Well, since it was already ordered, we gave it a whirl.

I'm a big fan of pesto, so that was my first recipe. It worked okay, but it was no more convenient than our blender, except that it took up a little less room in the dishwasher.

We tried their recommended guacamole recipe, but it came out almost liked green whipped cream. It was far too "fluffy." My boyfriend, of course, tried the frozen margarita recipe, which worked, but hardly contributed to our weight loss goals.

Now, several months later, the Magic Bullet Blender sits in the cabinet, unused, while I opt instead for the blender. One thing that I do like is the lids that come with it, so when I do make something in it, I can store it easily with the lid.
