Loose weight with working out
Should you loose your weight, before you start working out? Or will working out help loose the unwanted weight. I want to loose weight before we start building muscle.

It is not necessary to lose weight before working out. You should actually see the pounds start coming off as you start working out and as you begin changing the way you eat. You really need to do both.
And with working out, it is really important to include some kind of strength training or weight training to see your body shape change. If you just do some form of cardio (running, walking, elliptical, etc.) you will just become a smaller shape of what you look like now.
So, if you really want to lose inches, the best way is a combination of both cardio and weight training.
