Hanging Knee Crunch Abs Exercise

My favorite ab exercise has to be hanging knee crunch. Personally at first I didn't like this much, it was a difficult exercise and took a little getting used to, but the results have changed my mind a little bit.


To do this get a bar in which you would do pull ups on. Grab that bar with both hands, and make sure your hanging there, (not touching with you feet) Then you pull your knees up to your chest. Do this 10 times, 3 sets, 3 times a week. The results are great.
