Green tea, moderate exercise and inches off my waistline!!
So I embarked on my journey of weight loss of a normal diet (smaller portions), 40 minutes to an hour of exercise 6 days a week and 5 cups of green tea and lots of water (no coffee or tea). At the beginning it was difficult getting into the routine of things but as time went past I had lost a considerable amount of weight. It took four months and I had dropped 5 dress sizes, and became 60 kilos, I lost a total of 29 kilos in just 4 months and looked and felt amazing. I believe that the green tea not only helped a lot in loosing that weight, but kept me healthy, energized,and made my skin glow. I honestly don't think I would have reached my goal as quickly if I hadn't consumed green tea as part of my weight loss. To maintain my weight I now only exercise for half an hour for 3 days a week and have at least 3 cups of green tea with every meal. |
