I bought the bean with the high expectations that the commercials promised. But alas, I was not to find those results. It was awkward to use and continued to slide across the floor. When I wanted to rest I have to completely re-adjust to become comfortable again.

And no matter how much I used the bean I felt no results. It is a great lounge chair to lay on while watching television or reading, but not very good for an ab workout. Stick with the ball for your ab workout.
