"Energy" Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

1. Use either low fat or non fat vanilla or plain yogurt. (Add approx. 1/2 cup of yogurt to blender and blend on low speed).

2. Once yogurt has been thoroughly blended add 3/4 to 1 tablespoon honey to yogurt while blender is on low (easiest to pour honey into funnel created when blending).

3. Now, add ice ( don't overdo ice but enough to thickening smoothie a bit).

4. Lastly, add either fresh fruit or frozen fruit of your choice. Don't blend fruit but a second or two so you have nice size pieces in your smoothie. This recipe is really refreshing and will help you feel full and more energetic.
