Eat Whatever I Want and Exerciseby Zoraida
------------------- ------------------- Zoraida, First of all, congratulations on staying consistent with exercise 6 times per week! I believe to achieve your best results, it is a combination of moderate aerobic exercise, strength training and a sensible diet. Even if you eat whatever you want, I do believe you will gain muscle and begin to see more tone, but it will take longer to see the results and not be as effective. Are you tracking your results - before and after exercising for a certain period of time (i.e. 6 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks, etc.). That is a great way to see your progress.
