Doesn't keep air

We've had the bean for a couple of years now. The first one started losing air from a side seam after only a few months.

They replaced it and now this one has been losing air from a side seam, almost immediately. There must be a defect in it.

I noticed it no longer has a lifetime warranty, like it did originally. They would go broke if it did since it can't keep air.
