Dance exercise - Abs Exercise Tip

I tried many different techniques to flatten my abs. I used various equipment, I did 50-100 sit ups per day, I used many different videos but with no luck.
In fact, the sit ups just made my stomach look bigger.
I finally gave in and joined a dance exercise class. The workout was intense and fun and it actually worked. I lost weight and flatten my abs and had fun doing it!
