But the only problem I faced was in decreasing my belly and the exercises I did, did not really tune my abdomen. So I just had found out that exercising the abdomen separately was very important in any part of the exercise. The best way to exercise the abdomen is to do crunches or sit ups every day. Start from a count of 20- 50 per day slowly and can be reached up to 200 in a day. The abdominal crunches can be done for the lower and the upper parts separately. The crunches can be done lying on the floor with tucking the feet below something or can be done on any of the equipment for the ab exercises. But a good crunch with proper breathing of inhaling and exhaling tones the body the best. |
