Cesarean delivery and abs workout

by Pauly

I'm just wondering if it's advisable for a cesarean delivery to do any abs work out, and if its ok. How many times do i need to do the abs exercise to lose all the fat I've gained?

Pauly,
Thanks for your question. The answer to your question
depends on how long ago your C-Section delivery was
and how you are recovering from it. You definitely
want to take it slow the first week following a
c-section delivery and then gradually increase the
abdominal exercises into more advanced.
