Bhujangasana for flatter abs
Yogasanas are physical postures which help in physical revitalization and to get mental calmness as well as to get deep relaxation.It also helps in strengthening the various parts of our body.
There is an asana in Yoga which helps in reducing abdominal fat. It is called Bhujangasana.
It is practiced in prone posture as follows.
Lie on your chest. Bend the arms at the elbows and place the palms beside the lower chest at the level of the chest,exerting least pressure on the palms. Keep the elbows close to each other and do not spread them out. Inhale and come up. Arch the spine and neck backwards as far as you can. Keep the body below the navel in touch with the ground. Stay for 1 minute with normal breathing. While exhaling come back to the first position and relax.
