banana chocolate berry smoothie thats good for your stomachby sophie
1. peel 2 bananas and break them up into your magic bullet/blender 2. add 3 small scoops of chocolate and vanilla ice cream (e.g. 1 scoop of chocolate 2 scoops of vanilla or 2 scoops of chocolate and 1 scoop vanilla) into your blender 3. add 3 large-ish splashes of GoodBelly pomegranate/blackberry juice 4. blend it all together for about 10 seconds in the magic bullet or 30 seconds in a blender on max and there you go, a yummy smoothie thats good for your stomach and for your tastebuds |
