Hey,it's David again.
I've started working on my healthy intake and ab workouts but i really want to know the best and most effective ab exercises that there is. Same with my weight lifting. All i got is 2 dumbbells and i want to make the best out of those workouts and not waste my time.
If you could tell me some really effective foods that help you burn fat, help your weight training and get great abs that would be great
P.S: people told me a whole bunch of stuff, i tried it, and it didn't really work :(. Please help!

So, if you've tried other things, you might want to check it out and try it! You have to be really consistent with it, but they do give you one cheat day a week to eat whatever you want!
