Abs Exercise...More Muscle or Less Fat?

Doing Ab crunches and other routines that exclusively exercise the muscles in the abdomen area will make those muscles stronger and bigger but will not specifically help you melt your belly fat.

The reason behind that is that fat melts uniformly from different parts of the body, not just the area you work on.

If you want Less Fat instead of (or in addition to) Bigger Muscles, your workout sessions will have to be generally shorter but much more intensive. Cardiovascular exercise helps greatly as well.
