Abs Exercise Laying in Bed

When you wake up in the morning, before you do anything else, try this abdominal routine.

Start with twelve front crunches. Then do twelve left crunches and twelve right crunches.

Next, hold your hands under your backside. Lay flat on the bed and press your back into the bed. In this position, do twelve leg lifts.

Once you have finished the leg lifts, keep your legs up in the air, and do scissor like motion with your legs. When you spread them out as far as you can, tighten your buttocks and hold. Then release and close your legs. Do the exercise twelve times.

Once you have done all of these exercises, repeat as many times as you can. So once you have done the exercises one time, you can build up to doing it four or five times. The first time around should only take about five to eight minutes.
