Abs ball exercies routine

I am beginner to abs exercises. Have checked the ball exercises given in the page "Your Free Fitness Ball Exercise Routine". I am planning to have abs exercises 2-3 times a week. Is it good for a beginner to do all those exercises in a single day? Which are the best ball exercises to start for?

Thanks for your question! I would recommend just starting with a few of the exercises on that list and building from there. The exercises I would recommend starting with for a beginner are:
#1: Reverse Curl
#6: Stability Ball Crunch
#12: Elbow Bridge (Plank)
You should exercise your abs like you do any other muscle in your body....don't over train! So, for example, you could do 3 sets of 8-12 reps 3 times per week.
