Regards, Hari -------------- -------------- Hari, Thanks for your question! I would recommend just starting with a few of the exercises on that list and building from there. The exercises I would recommend starting with for a beginner are: #1: Reverse Curl #6: Stability Ball Crunch #12: Elbow Bridge (Plank) You should exercise your abs like you do any other muscle in your body....don't over train!
